Here at PAXbaby, babywearing is not just a way to carry your baby but a way of life, committed to doing what’s best for your baby. While it may be easier to put your baby in a bouncy chair to watch you perform your daily mundane tasks, we know that baby will benefit exponentially from being worn while you continue to do your own thing! The sound of your voice, the beat of your heart, & the smell of your body are your baby’s entire world, and we know it is better for baby to not be apart from those sensations for a moment!

How will you know until you’ve tried it? One way to make a better informed choice is by trying multiple carriers. You may find that the one you least expected to love is the right fit for both you and baby. Feel free to order more than one, and return the ones that don’t make the cut, or use PAXbaby’s carrier rental program, Sling Exchange, to try before you buy!

How can we show you the LOVE?
PAXbaby’s return policy is a no holds barred, no ifs, ands, or buts, a no strings attached, a no drama, no fuss 90 day return policy on our baby carriers! Meaning, if you don’t Love it, Leave it! You’re on the clock with 90 days from the day you receive your package from PAXbaby to try the carrier, and if you don’t absolutely LOVE it, then by all means, send it back!  We are happy to send you a different carrier or, if you prefer, a refund.  Exchanges or refunds will be charged the original free shipping ( a value of $10.)

The Fine Print
Isn’t there always that pesky fine print?  Here it is in black and white, big enough for you to read. We want to make this easy for you, but there are some rules that must be adhered to.

• No returns on custom orders, any Baby Carrier Extras including Drool Pads, Strap Wraps, Hoods, bags, etc… or Previously Loved carriers unless discussed with us, sorry!
• ALL Wraps are returnable with a 20% restocking fee.  These are a pain to clean, repackage, and get ready for resale, so we know you will understand this policy!  If you need help reselling your wrap, please ask; there are many resources online for you!   This includes all wraps purchased through PAXbaby!
• You have 90 days return your package to us, verified by tracking information on your original shipment.
• After 90 days, we can negotiate a refund price based on the condition and value of the carrier.
• We would prefer to have the carrier come back within the 90 days in great condition with original packaging, but if this isn’t possible, don’t sweat it!  The condition of your return may affect the amount of the refund we will be able to give you. If you think this might apply to you, let us know before sending your return and we will discuss your options to find something that will work best in your situation.
• We promise not to sell you a carrier as brand new if it has been returned. Our returns, seconds, demos, and open box carriers will be marked as such and will be available in our sale section. These items are final sales.
• Don’t send us a return package until you contact us first! We don’t like surprises! You will be given a code to put on the outside of your package. Packages that arrive without this code will be returned to sender.
• Returns are not accepted for any accessories, toys, or other items available through PAXbaby unless verified.  To be absolutely clear, the 90 days return policy is for BABY CARRIERS only!  THANK YOU!
