We LOVE babywearing!Here at PAXbaby, babywearing is not just a way to carry your baby but a way of life, committed to doing what’s best for your baby. While it may be easier to put your baby in a bouncy chair to watch you perform your daily mundane tasks, we know that baby will benefit exponentially from being worn while you continue to do your own thing! The sound of your voice, the beat of your heart, & the smell of your body are your baby’s entire world, and we know it is better for baby to not be apart from those sensations for a moment!

How will you know until you’ve tried it? One way to make a better informed choice is by trying multiple carriers. You may find that the one you least expected to love is the right fit for both you and baby. Feel free to order more than one, and return the ones that don’t make the cut!
How can we show you the LOVE?
PAXbaby’s return policy is a no holds barred, no ifs, ands, or buts, no strings attached, 90 day return policy on all baby carriers! Meaning, if you don’t Love it, Leave it! You’re on the clock with 90 days from your order date to try it, and if you don’t absolutely LOVE it, then by all means, send it back! We are happy to send you a different carrier or, if you prefer, a full refund less shipping ($10.)
The Fine Print
Which we’re putting out in black and white, big enough for you to read. We want to make this easy for you, but there are some rules that must be adhered to.- No returns on custom orders unless discussed with us prior to purchase, sorry!
- You have 90 days return your package to us, verified by tracking information on your original shipment.
- After 90 days, we can negotiate a refund price based on the condition and value of the carrier.
- We would prefer to have the carrier come back within the 90 days in great condition with original packaging, but if this isn’t possible, don’t sweat it! Sometimes the condition of your return may affect the refund we will be able to give you. If you think this might apply to you, let us know before sending your return and we will discuss your options to find something that will work best in your situation.
- We promise not to sell you a carrier as brand new if it has been returned. Our returns, seconds, demos, and open box carriers will be marked as such and will be available in our sale section. These items are final sales.
- Don’t send us a return package until you contact us first! We don’t like surprises! You will be given a code to put on the outside of your package. Packages that arrive without this code will be returned to sender.
