The BB Tai is a lovely wrap conversion meh dai with a “regular” price tag! The straps are wider, more comfortable than the other popular meh dais, with a more relaxed body panel and scrunchable hood however the top shoulder straps are shorter! These carriers are VERY popular in Europe, and you will see in many pictures, the BB Tai can be worn with the straps tying in front instead of coming back to your back again!

What better way to show off your favorite KoKaDi woven wrap than with a buckle carrier from PAXbaby! These wrap conversions come in two sizes, both with attached hoods and comfortably padded waistbands. Available for the perfect fit for your child, the TaiTai “baby” size is best worn with a wee one, maximum weight tested for the carrier is 33 pounds! The “toddler” size carrier is recommended to use with a baby older than around 10 months and then on up to a 24 months or older if your toddler is petite! One of the most interesting parts of the KoKaDi TaiTai is the scrunchable body at the base of the carrier, thanks to the handy velcro at the waistband; this can be extremely helpful if your baby is tall but thin to keep them well seated in the carrier with their legs in the appropriate M position!

Here’s the nitty gritty on sizing! For the “toddler” size TaiTai:

The width of the front panel is approximately 19″ at waist, 16.5” at shoulder

The height of the front panel is approximately 15″ plus 4″ width of waist belt

The minimum length of the shoulder straps can be approximately 24″

The maximum length of the shoulder straps can be approximately 72″

The width of the shoulder straps is approximately 3″

The minimum length of the waistband can be approximately 26″

 The maximum length of the waistband can be approximately 55″

Please keep in mind that these carriers are handmade from woven wraps in Germany. The design may differ than the photo shown as the placement of the wrap differs with each carrier cut and sewn. These are 100% cotton wraps used for the wrap conversions, and your carrier has been chosen to sell at PAXbaby with love!
