By wearing a costume that integrates babywearing, keeping 2 hands free to hold STUFF, and keeping Baby #5 safe and visible at all times!!!

This year, at Legoland’s annual Brick-or-Treat party, we were a cavalcade of costumes!  The 3 little boys were pirates, the girls were fairy princesses, and the Big Daddy and I dressed as a Day of the Dead “calaveras” couple!  Day of the Dead is a Mexican tradition that we celebrate which focuses on skeletons and ancestors.  Great decorations and good food are also key points to a great Dia de Los Muertos party!  My husband sported a bones guy outfit made with white painters tape, and I threw together a vintage Mexican wedding blouse and streamers in my hair, complete with scary make up (thank you to Baby #2 for helping make me look like a “real” bones mama!)  My sling was a long BB Slen wrap in Green Paprika, doubled over and worn Rebozo style!
