Hip Scoot with a Baby

Getting baby from front to back or back to front is a useful tool when you are on your own.  Sometimes, I find that baby sleeps better on my back than my front, or other times, he just enjoys the view from my back as a change from the front!  To feed him, I need to pull him around to my front from my back or if he is needing extra snuggles, I make sure to keep him in front.  Practice at home over a soft surface, or have another person help you until you feel confident enough to do the Hip Scoot with your Beco Butterfly all by yourself.  In these pictures, the baby is almost 5 months, has very good head control, and he is seated in the integrated insert, not the newborn seat.
