To me, I think one of the blessings in babywearing is just being able to tune into our babies more easily–and that means being aware when they become uncomfortable, tired, or over-stimulated and responding quickly and compassionately. I think that’s the main thing to keep in mind when FFO, aside from ergonomic positioning of course 🙂 Thanks for all that you share!
